When can I purchase Cubs Charities 50/50 Raffle tickets? 

For all Cubs home games this season, fans in Illinois can purchase Cubs Charities 50/50 Raffle tickets online starting at 11 a.m. CDT until the end of that day’s game. Fans also can purchase Cubs Charities 50/50 Raffle tickets from a Raffle Ambassador at Wrigley Field when gates open until the bottom of the eighth inning. All purchases at Wrigley Field are now cashless.  

Cubs Charities may also offer the 50/50 Raffle during other events throughout the year. Times, locations and other details regarding additional raffles will be announced atwww.cubs.com/raffle. 

Is there a limit to how many 50/50 Raffle tickets I can purchase? 

There is no limit on the number of tickets you can purchase. 

How much are 50/50 Raffle tickets? 

o   5 for $10 

o   20 for $20 

o   100 for $50 

o   300 for $100 

How do I find the live jackpot amount? 

The live jackpot can be found at www.cubs.com/raffle. 

How do I find the winning ticket number and final jackpot amount? 

All winning ticket numbers and the final jackpot amounts can be found by visitingwww.cubs.com/raffleand clicking the top left tab, “Winners". 

How long do I have to claim my winnings? 

You have 30 days from the conclusion of the game to claim your prize. To claim the prize, we require a copy of the confirmation email with your ticket number(s), completed claim documentation and a copy of the government issued ID that matches the claim documentation. To provide your confirmation, please scan the aforementioned materials to Raffle@cubs.com via Microsoft Office Lens or mail to:

How will I receive my winnings? 

To receive your winnings, you must claim the prize within 30 days of announcement of the winning ticket number. Once all successfully completed claim forms have been received, a check will be processed and mailed to the address provided within 60 days.  

What happens if I lose or do not receive my confirmation email with my ticket numbers? 

In order to claim a prize, the winning ticket MUST accompany the claim documentation. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced. If youcannot find the confirmation email with your ticket numbers, please check the spam or junk folders for the email address you provided. If the email is not available in any of your folders, please contact us at Raffle@cubs.com and provide your name, phone number and the last four digits of the credit card used to purchase the 50/50 Raffle tickets, and the number of tickets purchased. We recommend downloading your 50/50 Raffle tickets, printing them, or taking a screenshot on your mobile phone as a means of backup. 

I can’t purchase a ticket from my current location, what can I do? 

Be sure to check the “Location Services” on your electronic device is enabled and ensure the automatic settings for the “date and time” is turned on. The 50/50 Raffle is open to all individuals 18 years of age or older who are located within the State of Illinois at the time of purchase. 

Ichecked the box to save my information for future purchases and it didn't save. What can I do? 

The information will only save if you are using the same browser as your previous raffle ticket purchase(s) and if you have not cleared your cache or cookie settings. 

Where does the raffle jackpot money go? 

The full jackpot amount can be found online at www.cubs.com/raffle. Half of the net proceeds from each raffle goes to one lucky winner while the other half benefits Cubs Charities. For more information, please visitwww.cubscharities.org. 

What is the significance of my raffle ticket number? 

Raffle ticket numbers may vary based on where and how you purchased your tickets. All ticket numbers for any given raffle have equal chance of being selected and the winning number is chosen at random. 

 

Technical Help 

Why does  www.cubs.com/raffle  require my location? 

Your current location is required to confirm eligibility to participate in the raffle. The online 50/50 Raffle is only available for fans who are located within the State of Illinois at the time of purchase. 

Whatif I already selected “Don’t Allow?” 

By selecting “Don’t Allow” you will not be able to purchase tickets. Ticket sales are geographically restricted to the State of Illinois. If you do not allow the system to verify your location, you will not be permitted to purchase tickets. 

What if I receive the following prompt: “You must allow your browser to share your locations to purchase tickets. Please click “OK” to reload this page, then be sure to allow your browser to share your location to share your location when prompted”? 

The browser should reload the page and ask you to share the location upon loading. NOTE: In some browsers, the pop-up window may say “close” rather than “OK.. Try reloading the page by re-entering the website address again. You should be prompted to a new screen to add in your current location. If you have specified you never want to share your location, you will need to select “share my location” in your device settings. Please see below for instructions. 

What if I cannot purchase raffle tickets online due to location? 

If you are physically located within the State of Illinois limits but cannot purchase raffle tickets online due to your location, you may have selected “never share my location” in your browser. Please see below for instructions to allow sharing your location so you can purchase raffle tickets online. 

For iOS devices: 

o   Go to the Settings App 

o   Select Privacy 

o   Select Location Services 

o   Ensure Location Services are on 

o   Scroll down and select “Safari Websites” 

o   Ensure Allow Location Access is set to “While using the App” 

o   Chrome has the same setting if using instead of Safari 

For Android devices (may vary depending on version): 

o   Go to the Settings App 

o   Select Location and ensure that it is turned on 

o   Return to previous screen and select Apps 

o   Go to Chrome 

o   Select Permissions 

o   Ensure that Location is enabled
